We don't all have the time to go to the gym, and we can find alternatives to stay healthy: walking instead of driving, short sprint while walking the dogs, use the stairs rather than the lift… Make sure you do that at least 30min a day. You might feel incomfortable exercising as sweat combined with oily skin has a very unpleasant feel, but don't worry, we have the right cleanser for you when you're done!
