We don't all have the time to go to the gym, and we can find alternatives to stay healthy: walking instead of driving, short sprint while walking the dogs, use the stairs rather than the lift… Try doing that at least 30min a day. Especially for your skin, it is important to make your heart beat faster so that the blood can go all the way up to your skin and give it a healthy glow.
